What shipping method do we use?
We ship exclusively with Austrian Post AG. This ensures your order always arrives safely! Small items (e.g., patches) are sent as a letter.
How much are the shipping costs?
- For orders from Austria, shipping costs range from €1.49 to €4.99, depending on the weight.
- For the EU, shipping costs range from €2.49 to €13.99, depending on the weight.
- Worldwide shipping is available from €3.49.
How long is the delivery time?
After receipt of payment, your order will be individually packaged for you and sent to the post office. Therefore, it takes approximately 3-4 business days after receipt of payment for your goods to be shipped. Within Austria, the average shipping time is up to 5 business days. Delivery to Germany is on average between 5 and 10 business days. Sometimes, delivery times can be longer.
