The " The "Fighting Power Logbook" has enough space for you to document an entire year of training, in which you're getting fit for the Special Forces or simply for yourself. It consists of two parts: the Fighting Power Calendar, which you can use according to the SPARTANAT Black Book Fighting Power or freely, and a free annual plan for pumpers, where you can precisely document your strength training. There's also space for notes.
