Cancel Order

Consumers also have the option to exercise their statutory right of cancellation directly online via our electronic cancellation feature.

For this purpose, a clearly labeled button (“Cancel Order”) is available during the statutory cancellation period, which allows you to cancel your order through a two-step process.

After clicking the button, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the information required for the cancellation and submit it via a separate confirmation button.

Upon receipt of your cancellation, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email).

Use of the cancellation feature is optional. You may also submit your cancellation via email or by mail.

Statutory Right of Cancellation & Returns (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

For a return to be possible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, and preferably in the original packaging. Please also retain the proof of purchase or other proof of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

• use our electronic withdrawal form,
• send us a clear statement via email, or
• contact us by mail.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Please note that returns may not be accepted if you do not contact us first.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@spartanat.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Gift cards
• Personalized products
• Opened or used items, provided that a return is excluded for hygiene or safety reasons

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate new order.

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that processing by banks or credit card providers may take a few business days.
